Many of us have heard the instructions when flying that if the cabin pressure changes and the air masks descend, adults put your own oxygen mask on first then help the child next to you. The same applies in matters of faith and spirituality, as the adults in the lives of children and young adults.

Whether you are a parent, relative, neighbor, teacher or mentor; we all need to wade (at least knee-deep!) in the matters of faith, what we believe and how we live it so that we are able to better to accompany young people on their journey.

Hopefully these ideas will spark curiosity and inspiration in you.

Create Art
